Salary - AED 5000-7000 + commissions based on sales and targets achieved + Medical + Car+ Paid Leaves + Air Tickets This is a very exciting opportunity who would like to grow with the company and interested in starting everything from scratch. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries. Acting as a point of contact between company and its existing and potential customers. Negotiating agreement terms and closing sales effectively. Gathering market and customer information for input in Company system. Representing their company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales manager, or entering figures into a computer system Being able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by your manager. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the group sales manager, or Company management. Requirements The ideal candidate must have the following: Bachelors Degree / Masters, or similar; Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant courses.  Hold a UAE driver's license and/or own vehicle. Have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales in U.A.E. market, experience in the Food & Beverages sectors would be an advantage. Fluency in English is essential. Proficient in MS Office applications/Excel and PowerPoint. Energetic, Passionate and Self-Motivated. Able to determine and prioritize tasks under minimum supervision. Must be able to join ASAP. Must be result oriented and should be able to adjust to the any working environment. Responsibilities:
Responsible for diary and travel management, general correspondence, liaising with clients and customers and all the support and production departments in the organisation, preparing reports & presentations, checking expenses claims and following up on matters as directed by the CEO
You will manage the CEOs office and provide administrative support on all matters related to the operations and management that are required
Manage third party vendors and suppliers
Ensure that Health & Safety is maintained within the organisation
Manage budgets and department expenses in conjunction with department heads and the Finance Department

Overall In charge of all site related construction/execution. Responsible for the management, execution and delivery of construction projects. Create and execute construction work plans, revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Schedule the construction works in logical steps and approved budget to meet deadlines. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans. Attend progress meetings with clients, Consultants and other stake holders. Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and scope.Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities. Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project. Plans & supervises the construction functions which includes the responsibility for the planning and coordination of all manpower and equipment, materials, supplies and sub-contracted services, towards the proper completion of the work on schedule with approved drawings, specifications, cost & quality limitations. Monitor sub-contractors work to ensure proper compliance with all technical aspects of the contract through both individual and co-ordination meetings. Control of works as per project specification. Review engineering and architectural drawings and specifications frequently as well as consult with design professionals to ensure that progress is made in harmony with the outlined plans and specs. Collaborate with cost estimators to ensure that expenses are recorded properly and monitor the costs of the project so that the project does not go over budget. Coordinate with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of various site activities. Overseeing the running of several projects using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows. Communicating with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce.
